Additional Costs

If the given character needs to be designed or does not have a visual reference, they will be subjected to a 25$ design fee. With this, we will work together to design your character, and you will receive a 'Design Doodle' as shown below. THIS IS BOTH FOR CHARACTER DESIGNS AND/OR OUTFITS!! If you'd like me to draw a new outfit based on description and inspiration images instead of a proper a reference image this fee is applicable.

Complexity Fee

Depending on how complicated the design is, a fee starting at 15$ may be added; this could include things like detailed armor, intricate patterns, or several sets of wings.

Various add on costs

There can also be additional costs for various add-ons to the character, like alternate hairstyles, versions with and without a helmet, a small animal companion, etc.

Rights of use:

As a part of the commission, I remain the author of the picture, you do not purchase authorship. Illustration is also sold without a commercial license and is intended for private use only. (If seeking commercial work, please reach out at [email protected]). You are allowed to share the picture on any social media as long as I am properly credited. I keep the right to use the finished picture in my portfolio and other places that showcase/promote my work, like various social media platforms. (If the piece is a surprise for someone or for some reason you want to hold off on me posting, please let me know)To reiterate, by submitting your payment, you are agreeing to give proper credit on your commission if posted to social media, you do not hold the right of distribution and you may not use it for personal gain by reselling it, tracing it, or claiming it to be your own (no commercial use of any kind unless discussed and agreed on beforehand). UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE YOU ALLOWED TO USE MY WORK FOR NFT'S OR FOR AI USE OR TRAINING.

Content:

I hold the right to refuse any commission, I will not draw any content I deem offensive or hateful.References are required. This can include a detailed written description, mood boards, color palettes, Picrews, previously commissioned art, personal art, and general inspiration photos. The more information you can give me to capture your character, the better.SOME FORM OF VISUAL REFERENCE IS REQUIRED. If you do not have art THAT YOU OWN, a Picrew or Hero Forge will do, but I need to know the basics like eye hair and skin color. Also, while not required, giving me your character's story and personality will help me draw them more accurately!

Time Requirements:

For commissions, I will do them roughly in order of when the form is accepted. Depending on what you commissioned me to make and the general order of pieces I'm working on, the commission may take anywhere from a week to a month and a half to complete. I will let you know when I am starting your commission and give a timeframe estimate upfront. I will send you progress photos as I work on your piece, but your patience is always appreciated.If you take more than a week to get back to me, your commission will be put on hold, and I will move onto the next one.I will work on these commissions in batches, but I will also have a queue available if you are willing to wait a bit longer. I will manually update this order on the queue page periodically.
